MicroMD EMR supports efficient and complete documentation and validates higher coding levels. The system sends patient charges back to MicroMD PM. This eliminates errors during manual charge entry and speeds up claims processing.


Patient Overview and Alerts

When you first open a patient’s chart, MicroMD EMR provides a quick and customizable overview of any outstanding alerts, lab results you haven’t viewed, immunizations that are due and much more. From here you can also quickly access your patient’s medical history, including allergies and a list of encounters recorded in the system for the patient.


Encounter Flexibility

MicroMD EMR enables physicians to document encounter details in a variety of ways. Patient data can be organized in the familiar “SOAP” format, promoting organized and consistent data entry. Or you can dictate patient encounters in historical, subjective, and objective format. MicroMD EMR minimizes the time and effort required to complete each patient visit.


Imaging and Annotation

MicroMD EMR lets you add your own notes and annotations when you access digital images. Describe a picture of a lesion, highlight a section of an X-ray for follow-up, or use several annotated images to educate patients—it’s up to you. You’ll add greater dimension to your treatments and follow-ups and improve your patient histories.
